Materials
Our primary focus is aluminium EN AW-6082-T6 and EN AW-6061-T6, machined from plate, billet and extrusion. Steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and other technical metals are reviewed against the application and drawing.
From prototype to repeat order
We define setups, tooling, datum references and inspection requirements before production. Accepted revisions and manufacturing records provide the basis for repeat orders.
Secondary processes
Anodising, coatings, heat treatment, marking and specialist metrology can be coordinated externally when required. The proposed provider, process specification, documentation and lead time are agreed for the job.
