Plan the workholding
Reliable machining starts with stable clamping and clear datum references. We plan the sequence of operations to preserve access, limit distortion and maintain repeatability.
Quote the complete requirement
The quotation identifies the drawing revision, material, batch size, finishing, inspection and delivery basis. Geometry, tolerances and any qualification requirements are reviewed before acceptance.
Prototype, pre-series and production
Use prototypes to resolve fit and manufacturability, pre-series to confirm the production route, and recurring orders to improve consistency and cost. Series commitments depend on the agreed capacity and qualification plan.
