02 Technical review and quotation
We review geometry, material, quantities, tolerances, finish and qualification requirements, then define the commercial and delivery basis.
03 DFM and manufacturing planning
Manufacturability feedback, datum references, setups, workholding, tooling and inspection steps are agreed before manufacture.
04 Machining and inspection
Parts are machined, deburred and checked against the agreed manufacturing and inspection requirements.
05 Secondary processes and final release
Specified external processes are coordinated. Final checks cover the returned parts and required documentation before shipment.
06 Delivery and repeat orders
Packaging, destination and delivery terms are agreed. Repeat orders retain the approved drawing revision and manufacturing requirements.
