The drawing revision, inspection characteristics and documentation scope must be clear before tooling approval—not at the first delivery.
Upload a drawingManufacturing-process fit, relevant experience, measurement capability, tooling control, capacity and documented processes are assessed against the component requirements. Certifications are stated only when supported by specific evidence.
The sample scope, function-critical dimensions, material documentation and accepted measurement methods are aligned with the RFQ. The scope and approval route are agreed with each customer.
The quotation, tooling, samples and production order must reference the same approved drawing revision. Deviations require an explicit decision and must not enter series production without approval.
TECHNICAL ENQUIRY
Mark critical dimensions and required documentation in the RFQ. We will include them in the requirements profile.
